地高辛標(biāo)記核酸探針的標(biāo)記方法及其在食用菌研究領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用
A Review on the Labeling Method of DIG-Labeled Nucleic-Acid-Probe and Its Application in the Field of Edible Fungi

摘 要：綜述了非放射性地高辛(DIG)標(biāo)記系統(tǒng)的原理和主要特點(diǎn),介紹了地高辛標(biāo)記核酸探針的主要標(biāo)記方法,影響探針標(biāo)記方法選擇的因素,標(biāo)記探針的顯色檢測(cè)方法及其在食用菌研究領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用.
