【摘要】 對我國現(xiàn)行食用菌標準情況進行了整理分析,并針對目前我國食用菌標準化及標準工作中存在的問題提出了一些建議。

【Abstract】 The current situation of our state standards for edible fungi were analysed and discussed,specially for the existed main questions of our state standards for edible fungi,giving the formulated and revised advices.
