毛木耳原生質(zhì)體制備與再生條件的研究

【摘要】 通過對(duì)毛木耳原生質(zhì)體制備與再生條件的系統(tǒng)研究,確定了原生質(zhì)體制備的最佳出發(fā)菌齡、融壁酶濃度、酶解溫度及酶解時(shí)間、滲透壓穩(wěn)定劑種類、濃度及最佳再生培養(yǎng)基配方。

【Abstract】 The preparation conditions of Auricularia polytricha protoplasts were studied by the type of liquid cultural medium,age of mycelium,type and concentration of lywallzyme,temperature and time of enzymolysis,type and concentration of osmotic stabilizer and regeneration medium.
