【中文摘要】 人工栽培榆耳的關(guān)鍵措施之一是篩選優(yōu)良菌株。本試驗從八株榆耳菌株中通過嚴(yán)格試驗初步篩選出了U06和U04兩株比較好的茵株,供今后試驗和生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用。

【英文摘要】 Two fine strains were selected from eight isolations of Gloeostereum incarnatum through the critical experiments, The isolations were made by the vegetative isolating from the fruiting bodies of the fungus, The two fine strains performed very well both in production and economic features, and will be used in the future cultivation.
