【中文摘要】 從1986到1991年,由中華人民共和國國家技術(shù)監(jiān)督局提出的21項食用菌國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化項目,已由上海市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院食用菌研究所和商業(yè)部昆明食用菌研究所完成。本文報導(dǎo)制定這些項目的方法和結(jié)果。

【英文摘要】 From 1986 to 1991, 21 items of the national edible fungi standardization, which were proposed by the Technical Supervision Bureau of China, were made by Edible Fungi Institute, Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Kunming Edible Fungi Institute of the Ministry of Commerce. This paper reported the methods and results of making these items.
