【中文摘要】 以單核木耳營養(yǎng)缺陷型菌株為試材,觀察了原生質(zhì)體再生方式及其比率。結(jié)果表明:原生質(zhì)體再生方式包括四大類12種。即:(1)直接發(fā)芽再生,包括3種,占43.5%;(2)間接發(fā)芽再生,包括3種,占21.7%;(3)直接一間接同時發(fā)芽再生,包括4種,占26.1%;(4)裂殖生長不發(fā)芽再生,包括2種,占8.7%。

【英文摘要】 The regeneration mode of the protoplast of the monokarytically auxotrophic mutants of A.auricula and A.fuscosucinea were observed.It was showed there were four regeneration types.(1)Direct germinations,including three kinds;(2)indirect germinations,including three kinds;(3)direct—indirect germinations,including four kinds;(4)schizogenetic growth,including two kinds.The adore four types occurred by 43.5%,21.7%,26.1% and 8.7% respectively.
