【中文摘要】 在棉籽殼培養(yǎng)基中輔加１０％麥麩或０．４ｌ％尿素均能促進(jìn)平菇苗絲生長和呼吸消耗，提高于實(shí)體生長階段ＣＭＣ酶、ＨＣ酶活性和絕對(duì)生物學(xué)效率，而在棉籽殼培養(yǎng)基中輔加微量的維生素Ｂ＿１，對(duì)平菇生長無促進(jìn)作用。這表明：氮素對(duì)平菇的生長有重要影響，棉籽殼培養(yǎng)基中的麥麩對(duì)平菇生長的促進(jìn)作用與麥麩中的氮素有關(guān)，而與麥麩中的維生素Ｂ＿１無關(guān)。

【英文摘要】 It was by l 0% wheat bran or 0.41%urea in cottonseed shell medium but not by the trace vitamine B 1in this medium that the growth of hyphae and the consumption by respiration of P.ostreatus were pro-moted and that the activities of CMC-ase and HC-ase at the stage of fruitbody growth and absolute biolog-ical efficiency of P.ostreatus were raised.The results indicated that the influenee of nitrogen on the growthof P.ostreatus is extremely remarkable and that the promoted growth of P,ostreatus by wheat bran is relat-ed to the nitrogen but not to the vitamine B_1.
