【中文摘要】 香菇為低溫變溫結(jié)實型真菌 ,適宜的冷刺激能誘發(fā)香菇的子實體發(fā)生。應(yīng)用mRNA差異顯示的方法初步分析了冷刺激前后菌絲體內(nèi)基因表達的變化 ,發(fā)現(xiàn)冷刺激 6h到 12h是香菇菌絲應(yīng)答冷刺激的關(guān)鍵時段 ,從而在一定程度上從基因表達角度揭示出冷刺激與香菇子實體發(fā)生的關(guān)系。

【英文摘要】 Lentinula edodes is the basidiomycetous fungus.Fruiting initiation of Lentinula edodes correlated with low-temperature treatment.This paper surveyed the variations in gene expression of lentinula edodes after low-temperature shock by mRNA differential display.The results showed that most differential expression appears from 6 hours to 12 hours after low temperature shock.And this may be a key period in which the low temperature shock plays an important role in the onset of fruiting body development.
