【中文摘要】 綜述了近年來中國紅菇的研究概況 ,包括紅菇生態(tài)、營養(yǎng)和功能性成分、人工培養(yǎng)的研究 ,并在此基礎上總結和展望開發(fā)利用紅菇資源的前景。

【英文摘要】 This paper describes the precent research of Russula in China,including its bionomics,nutritional and functional components as well as cultivation.The prospect of the exploiture of Russula is also discussed.
