【中文摘要】 按照國家保健食品審批標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對靈芝組方后提取有效部份,進(jìn)行保肝實驗。研究結(jié)果表明,以0.67、2.00、6.00g/kgBW劑量的靈芝益甘粉灌胃給予小鼠30d,并以四氯化碳造成急性肝損傷模型,靈芝益甘粉0.67、6.00g/kgBW劑量組的AST,6.00g/kgBW劑量組肝細(xì)胞壞死病變程度均低于模型對照組,差異有顯著性(P<0.05)。靈芝益甘粉對化學(xué)性損傷有保護(hù)功能。

【英文摘要】 According to the examination and approval standard of the SFDA,to extract the effective part of filling a prescription,and take the test of protect the liver.At the doses of 0.67g/KgBW,2.00g/KgBW,and 6.00g/KgBW,YiGan Powder consisting of Ganoderma Lucidum was administered into the stomach of murine models with CCl4-induced acute liver damage for 30 days.The serum AST in mice with0.67g/KgBW and 6.00g/KgBW of YiGan Powder and the degree of hepatocytic necrosis in mice with 6.00g/KgBW of YiGan Powder were significantly lower than that in mouse models with liver damage but without YiGan Powder administration respectively(P<0.05).
