【中文摘要】 運(yùn)用正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)中Fuzzy分析法,研究了在山西省麥秸栽培姬松茸的最佳栽培工藝。不同培養(yǎng)料處理、播種方式、覆土材料直接影響姬松茸生物學(xué)效率的高低,3個(gè)因素中覆土材料對(duì)生物學(xué)效率的影響最大,其次為培養(yǎng)料的處理,再次為播種方式。從三因素各水平組合對(duì)生物學(xué)效率的影響看,采用添加0.5%EM菌液的方式發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)料,撒播菌種,覆腐葉土或菜園土最為有利。

【英文摘要】 Using Fuzzy analysis method of orthogonal experiment design to study the techniques of cultivation on wheat straw compost in ShanXi.The different cultivation medium treatment,spawning method and the material of casing soil affects directly the yield of Agaricus blazei.The material of casing soil of three factors has the greatest effect on the biological efficiency while the next is cultivation medium treatment and the third is spawning method.The results indicates that the optimum combination of three factors is the combination of adoption 0.5%EM fermentation,surface-spawning,and casing rotten leaf soil or garden soil.
