【中文摘要】 對白靈菇菌絲進(jìn)行了不同碳源、氮源、溫度、pH和通透氣生長特性影響的研究。結(jié)果表明菌絲生長的最適碳源為蔗糖;最適氮源為蛋白胨和硝酸銨;最適溫度為22℃30℃;最適pH為6.57.5;充足的氧氣有利于菌絲生長。

【英文摘要】 Experiments on Pleurotus ferulae with different carbon source, nutrition source,temperature,pH,the offect of breathing growth conditions were carried out.The result shows that sucrose is the most appropriate ingredients for Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi of carbon source;while peptone and nitramide are the most appropriate ingredients for Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi of nutrition source ;the most appropriate temperature is 22℃30 ℃ and the most appropriate pH is 6.5～7.5;the enough oxygen was advantage in the growth of hypha.
