【中文摘要】 "雞腿菇2001"菌株的生物學特性研究結(jié)果表明:在特定的條件下,"雞腿菇2001"菌株的子實體形態(tài)獨具特色;菌絲生長最適宜溫度24℃～27℃,子實體最適溫度為18℃～25℃;最適宜的pH值范圍6.5～7.5;濕度:培養(yǎng)料適宜含水量為65%,出菇時空氣濕度90%即可;光照:弱光為好。

【英文摘要】 Coprinus comatus No.2001 strains of biological characteristics showed that with the specific strain of Coprinus comatusNo.2001 unique fruiting body morphology under the conditions was the most appropriate temperature of mycelial growth 24℃～27℃,fruit-body optimum temperature for 18℃～25℃,the most suitable pH range 6.5～7.5.Culture materials for water content of 65% and fruiting whenair humidity control in about 90%.It is better to low light illumination.
