【中文摘要】 用新型培養(yǎng)料"土可樂"6號(hào)栽培雙孢蘑菇試驗(yàn),共設(shè)置6個(gè)處理,以傳統(tǒng)糞草培養(yǎng)料為對(duì)照(CK),每個(gè)處理設(shè)5個(gè)重復(fù)。通過對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)、子實(shí)體生長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)量等指標(biāo)的考察,分析"土可樂"6號(hào)不同配比對(duì)雙孢蘑菇生長(zhǎng)的影響,并對(duì)主要的經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析。結(jié)果表明:處理B(50%"土可樂"6號(hào)培養(yǎng)料)優(yōu)于其它處理,為最佳配比;處理B的菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度僅次于CK,菌絲長(zhǎng)勢(shì)最好,子實(shí)體的容重最小,生物學(xué)效率最高,為47.3%,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最高,其產(chǎn)投比為3.30,高出位居其次的CK近30%。

【英文摘要】 Using new-type medium"Homemade Cola" No.6 planting Agaricus bisporus,the experiment was set up 6 treatments,which traditional culture medium as contrast(CK),each treatment was made 5 repeats.Through surveying mycelia growth,fruitbody growth and yield characteristics,that had made analyzed the influence on its growth with various proportions "Homemade Cola"No.6,and made grey correlation analysis of main characteristic index.The result shows that the treatment B is better than other ones,and it is the best.The growth rate of mycelium of treatment B is only second to CK,but its growth potential of mycelium is the best.In biology efficiency,treatment B is the highest among the experiment reaching to 47.3%.In economic efficiency,it is also the highest,and the output-input ratio is 3.30,higher than CK nearly 30%.So as to say that the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus by using the"Homemade Cola"No.6 is not only feasible,but also its economic benefits is increasing noticeably.
