【中文摘要】 對猴頭菌擔子及擔孢子形成過程進行掃描電子顯微鏡觀察,結果表明:隨著猴頭菌子實體的形成與發(fā)育,頂細胞內部核配和減數分裂的同時,擔子和擔孢子形成時外部形態(tài)發(fā)生一系列變化.據此可基本歸納為四個階段:即擔子分化期、擔子膨大期、擔孢子形成期、擔子和擔孢子成熟期.這四個階段在尚未發(fā)育完全的菌刺的同一區(qū)段內可交迭并存.隨著菌刺的成熟,從其基部向尖端,擔子和擔孢子也逐漸發(fā)育成熟.

【英文摘要】 A series of morphological changes of Hericium erinaceus basidium and basidiospore development was observed with scanning electron microscope at the time of nuclear association and meiosis during the development of fruit-body. According to these changes, their development process was divided into four stages: basidium differentiation stage, basidium swell stage, basidiospore initiation stage and basidium and basidiospore maturing stage. On an immature acicula, these four stages might appear at the same zone simultaneously. But with the maturing of the acicula, basidia and basidiospores were also gradually developed into maturation from the basal part to the tip of an acicula.
