【中文摘要】 本文報道了四川產中國塊菌(Tuber sinense Tao et Liu)生理特征的初步研究結果。中國塊菌菌絲生長發(fā)育的適宜溫度為15～28℃,最適為25℃;適宜pH為4～7,最適為6;混合碳源優(yōu)于雙糖,雙糖又優(yōu)于單糖;較好的氮源為蛋白胨、硫酸銨。

【英文摘要】 The physiological characteristics of Tuber sinense produced in Sichuan province were reported in this paper. The results showed that the suitable temperature for the growth of Tuber sinense mycelia was 15-28℃ and the optimum temperature was 25℃, that the suitable pH for the growth of mycelia was 4-7 and the optimum pH was 6, that the mixed carbon source was better than disacchande, while the disaccharide was better than monosaccharide, and that the better nitrogen source was peptone and ammonium sulfate.
