【中文摘要】 研究了 2 8個香菇菌株的耐熱性 ,發(fā)現(xiàn)在 35℃、38℃培養(yǎng)時 ,所有香菇菌株都不能生長 ;在 30℃培養(yǎng)時 ,10個菌株停止生長 ,其余 18個菌株菌絲生長速度比在 2 5℃時明顯減慢。經(jīng)進一步耐高溫試驗發(fā)現(xiàn) ,日 50、A4 2、農 1⑦、中興 8號 4個菌株的菌絲長速在 30℃下基本不受影響。試驗結果表明 ,30℃是香菇菌絲生長的臨界溫度
【英文摘要】 The thermotolerance of 28 Lentinula edodes strains was investigated. It was found that all L. edodes strains could not grow under 35℃ or 38℃,and that 10 strains stopped growing under 30℃,while the mycelium growth rate of other 18 strains was significantly reduced compared to their mycelium growth rate under 25℃. And the result of further high-temperature-tolerant test showed that the mycelium growth rate of Ri 50, A42,Nong No.1⑦ and Zhongxin No.8 was in the main not affected under 30℃. So it was confirmed that 30℃ was the critical growth temperature for L. edodes mycelium.
