【中文摘要】 對目前中國 7個主要香菇栽培品種 :蘇香、2 6、939、135、9311、申 10和 74 0 2的 2 5srRNA基因中的D1/D2片段進行了DNA序列測定 ,根據(jù)DNA序列測定結果對它們之間的同源性進行了分析。結果表明 ,所測定的 7個香菇栽培品種之間的親緣關系非常近 ,同源性很高。通過聚類分析 ,根據(jù)香菇之間的親緣關系 ,可以將這 7個品種分為 2類 ,即蘇香、939和 9311為一類 ,2 6、申 10、135和 74 0 2為一類。
【英文摘要】 Seven main cultivation strains of Lentinula edodes widely used in China, Shuxiang, 26, 939, 135, 9311, shen10 and 7402, were analyzed in this study. The D1/D2 region of 25s rRNA gene was amplified by PCR and sequenced. Genetic similarities among these strains were analyzed by the results of D1/D2 sequencing. And the results indicated that their genetic relationship was very close. Based on the cluster analysis results of genetic relationship with Clustal method in PCGENE software, they were divided into two groups, one was Shuxiang, 939 and 9311; the other was 26, Shen 10, 135 and 7402. And their phylogenetic tree was established too.
