【中文摘要】 以西南地區(qū)不同產(chǎn)地的 4個松茸子實(shí)體為材料 ,用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳分析了其可溶性蛋白。結(jié)果表明 ,采自不同地區(qū)的松茸子實(shí)體可溶性蛋白的電泳圖譜譜帶間存在差異。其中 ,采自四川通江和重慶的松茸子實(shí)體譜帶相似 ,采自云南凱順與云南昌明的松茸子實(shí)體譜帶相似。而采自四川通江和重慶的松茸子實(shí)體與采自云南凱順和昌明的松茸子實(shí)體 ,其譜帶間差異較大

【英文摘要】 The soluble protein of four Tricholoma matsutake fruitbodies collected at different areas was analy sed with orthogonal slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The result showed that the electrophoretogram of T. matsutake fruitbodies collected at Tongjiang of Sichuan and Chongqing was the same, and the electrophoretogram of T. matsutake fruitbodies collected at Kaishun and Changming of Yunnan was also the same; while the electrophoretogram of T. matsutake fruitbodies collected at Tongjiang of Sichuan and Chongqing was different to the electrophoretogram of T. matsutake fruitbodies collected at Kaishun and Changming of Yunnan.
