【中文摘要】 試驗結果表明 ,通過前發(fā)酵使生料中的益生菌增殖 ,不但可以拮抗有害雜菌[1] ,還可以利用益生菌產(chǎn)生的代謝產(chǎn)物[2 ] ,促進香菇和金針菇的生長 ,使其品質(zhì)和生物學效率均較傳統(tǒng)栽培模式的有所提高。

【英文摘要】 The reproduction of beneficial microbes was made through the first phase fermentation of raw materials in the compost in order to resist the harmful fungi and to promote the growth of Lentinula edodes and Flammulina velutipes using the metabolic products of the beneficial microbes. And the experimental results also showed that the quality and biological efficiency of L. edodes and F. velutipes cultivated with raw compost mixed with beneficial microbes were higher than that of the traditional cultivation mode.
