【中文摘要】 采用兩次葡聚糖凝膠色譜法從姬松茸菌絲體中提取的肽類物質,初步分離獲得肽,繼而分析了肽的氨基酸組成和分子量。結果表明,姬松茸菌絲體中的活性肽含有豐富的氨基酸,是一種具有高F值(22.5)的寡肽,其分子量在1500～30000U之間。

【英文摘要】 Sephadex gel chromatography was used to separate the peptide compound extracted from Agaricus blazei mycelia. While the amino acid composition and the molecular weight of the peptide obtained were analyzed afterwards. And the experimental results showed that this peptide was a kind ofoligopeptide with high F value(22.5)and its molecular weight was between 1500～30000U.
