【中文摘要】 金耳是一種名貴的食藥用真菌。近年來有關金耳的研究主要集中在藥理學和多糖結構分析等方面,本文對這方面的工作進行了綜述。

【英文摘要】 Tremella aurantialba was a rare edible and medicinal fungus,which could be cultivated artificially and cultured submergedly.The recent studies on Tremella aurantialba were focused on pharmacology and polysaccharide structure analysis,which were reviewed in this paper.
