【中文摘要】 以新鮮野生桑黃子實(shí)體為材料,采用組織分離法獲得純菌株。該菌株的培養(yǎng)特性研究結(jié)果表明,桑黃菌絲生長(zhǎng)的最適溫度為28℃,最適pH為6.5,最適碳源是葡萄糖,最適氮源是蛋白胨,最適栽培培養(yǎng)基是鮮桑樹枝木段培養(yǎng)基。

【英文摘要】 Vegetative mycelium was isolated from tissue of fresh fruit body of Phellinus collected from the wild and the effects of various culture parameters on mycelial growth were determined. Optimal temperature and pH value for mycelial growth were 28 ℃ and 6.5, respectively while, of a number of carbon and nitrogen source tested, glucose and peptone respectively supported the highest mycelial growth rates and most vigorous mycelium production. Fresh-cut mulberry logs were superior to mulberry wood sawdust for the artificial cultivation of the Phellinus strains.
