【摘要】 進行了利用豬糞渣栽培姬松茸的試驗研究,并測定了產(chǎn)品主要營養(yǎng)成分和衛(wèi)生標準。結(jié)果表明,利用豬糞渣培養(yǎng)料栽培姬松茸,平均單產(chǎn)達8.16kg·m-2,比牛糞培養(yǎng)料栽培姬松茸增產(chǎn)7.23%。

【Abstract】 Agaricus blazei cultivated with the pig manure compost were studied, yield and nutrition analysis of the fruitbody were analyzed. The results showed that the pig manure and straw stalk was composted, the average yield of mushroom achieved 8.16 kg·m-2, which was higher than that in the cow manure compost, increased by 7.23%.
