【摘要】 本實驗以2個金針菇航天誘變菌種(航金1號和航金2號)和地面對照菌種(江山白)為材料,進行了拮抗實驗、菌絲生長速度實驗、抗雜性實驗和酯酶同工酶分析實驗研究,結(jié)果表明,金針菇航天種與對照之間有拮抗現(xiàn)象,但無拮抗線。航天搭載菌株的菌絲生長速率比對照快,其中航金1號生長速度最快。航金1號和航金2號均表現(xiàn)出較強的抗雜性,能抑制并蓋過霉菌菌絲生長。通過酯酶同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳分析發(fā)現(xiàn),航金1號和航金2號與對照相比都出現(xiàn)了特異譜帶,說明經(jīng)過航天誘變的菌株發(fā)生了一定的突變。
【Abstract】 In this experiment,the research materials were two kinds of space mutating strains of Flammulina velutipes(Hangjin Ⅰand Hangjin Ⅱ) and ground control check strains(Jiangshan bai).This experiment contains antagonistic experiments,mycelial growth rate test,the anti-miscellaneous text,esterase isozyme analysis,and through which we can conclude that there was antagonistic phenomenon between the space mutating strains and ground control check strains,but no antagonistic line.The mycelial growth rate ...
