【摘要】 研究不同培養(yǎng)條件對靈芝單核、雙核菌株生長的影響,并分析其對環(huán)境適應力的差異。不同單核菌株間生長勢出現(xiàn)一定程度的差異性,單核菌絲在水分、溫度、pH值的適應能力上弱于雙核菌絲,但在光照適應性上強于雙核菌絲,單核菌絲生長勢總體上弱于雙核菌絲。靈芝單核、雙核菌株都存在吐水現(xiàn)象,但單核對水分更敏感。靈芝單核菌株與雙核菌株在水分、溫度、pH、光照上都存在較大環(huán)境適應力差異,雙核菌株對環(huán)境適應能力要強于單核菌株。
【Abstract】 The growth in different culture conditions of mononuclear mycelia and dicaryotic mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum were compared and the differences of environmental adaptation were analyzed.The differences were existed in the growth rate of mononuclear mycelium in different strains.The adaptability in water,temperature and pH of mononuclear mycelium were weaker than that of dicaryotic mycelium while the adaptability in illumination intensity was opposite.The growth vigor of mononuclear mycelium was...
