【摘要】 從用于暗褐網(wǎng)柄牛肝菌(Phlebopus portentosus)人工栽培的覆土和草炭中分離、純化出40株細菌,經(jīng)液體發(fā)酵試驗和平板試驗檢測這些菌株對暗褐網(wǎng)柄牛肝菌菌絲生長的影響,篩選出對暗褐網(wǎng)柄牛肝菌菌絲生長有明顯促進作用的3株細菌(編號為:T24、T34、C1)。

【Abstract】 Forty bacterial strains were isolated from the casing soil and peat used for the artificial cultivation of Phlebopus portentosus.P.portentosus mycelia were grown in submerged culture for 4 d and,after inoculation of these cultures with each of the bacterial strains individually,the mycelia biomass was determined after 7 d further incubation.Ten bacterial strains which did not inhibit P.portentosus growth under these conditions were selected for further testing.Suspensions of each of these strain...
