【摘要】 基于子實體及孢子的形態(tài)特征,結(jié)合ITS序列分析對湖南省松林中分布最多的4種松菌進行分類鑒定。樣品CSUFTHH1、CSUFTHH2、CSUFTZJ和CSUFTHY分別鑒定為乳菇屬未知種(Lactariussp.)、松乳菇(L.deliciosus)、橙紅乳菇(L.akahatsu)以及紅汁乳菇(L.hatsudake)。

【Abstract】 Four Lactarius strains,CSUFTHH1、CSUFTHH2、CSUFTZJ and CSUFTHY,were collected from Hunan Province and identified as Lactarius sp.,L.deliciosus,L.akahatsu and Lactarius hatsudake,respectively on the basis of fruit body and spore morphology,and ITS sequencing data.
